We were surprised Friday night by UFC fighter and team mate Ricardo Almeida stopping by unannounced along with a former Olympian Judo player and vice president of  World Series of Fighting  Ali Abdel-Aziz, training with us in our no gi class, more good news came the next day.  Master  Renzo Gracie said he is coming  down this coming weekend!

He agreed to do a seminar for us on Saturday, November 2nd from 12-2pm. Come one, come all.  If you haven’t had the chance to meet Renzo and learn from him, it’s an experience you’ll never forget and for sure repeat the stories of that day many times in your life.
