Lets start out with the definition of ‘Fran’.

Pullups
Fran is a CrossFit Benchmark workout, most elite athletes on the planet will tell you that the way they do Fran is ‘UNBROKEN’. That means, whenever they start a round they go non stop until all of the repetitions of that given round are completed. They repeat this process 6 times until the workout is complete. Our member Yanessa not only did it unbroken but in Elite time! less than 3 min! Beast Mode 😉
