Last weekend Lauren Herzog, Yanessa Ayra, Giann Moramarco and our head trainer Joe Berrones competed at the battle of the box in Naples FL

CrossFit RGTC walked away with an overall finish of 10th out of 24 teams! WOOP WOOP!

I am super please with the way the weekend went! We are RIGHT on track with our training and we stuck it out against some high level competitors that have been doing this for years! One thing I DO KNOW FOR SURE, There are A LOT of hungry people at the academy ready to get out there and kick some ass in competition.

Beware CrossFit RGTC is just getting started!!!! 😉
