We have expanded our schedule. First of all, Yoga is back after taking a summer hiatus.
Now for the CrossFit schedule. We have added classes so that now Monday through Friday there is a 5:30,8,9 and 10am class. Monday and Wednesday afternoon is 4,5,6 and 7pm. Tuesday and Thursday afternoon has 5,6 and 7pm classes. Friday afternoon has only a 5pm class and Saturday morning still has 8,9 and 10am classes.
So nothing has been taken away, only added. Don’t you wish life was always like that 😉
